It is so easy for team members and employees, even the management team, to get healthy right at the office! No travel time, no late returns to work. Our Yoga in the Workplace team of instructors are committed to the health and well-being of each staff member coming to yoga.
We provide a safe and non-discriminatory environment that all participants can enjoy. You are the boss of yourself in yoga! All our lessons can be adapted for any level of ability – you will not do anything that would harm yourself or others.
We do not preach any religious affiliation, but be warned: you may feel a calm and connection to yourself that is heavenly.

Group Yoga Lessons in the Workplace
- All Yoga Classes are designed for mixed-level groups.
- No previous experience is necessary. Everyone is welcome!
- We encourage you to be an individual within a group dynamic.
- Variations and modifications on the yoga postures are offered to give you a safe, dynamic and enjoyable practice.
One-on-One Yoga Lessons at Work
A private lesson is a great way to develop your personal practice or integrate modifications for your group lessons. Whether you want a more challenging practice or are recovering from a serious injury, your instructor will focus on your individual needs.

Yoga Workshop and Team Building Sessions
What better way to get to know your co-workers than by bending into unfamiliar places together, by seeing their strengths in a relaxed setting. Support each other while trying to touch your toes, releasing into a state of humility. Team building sessions can take place before or after a meeting, or during a conference as a contemplative practice.
