Note: Yoga in the Workplace can be booked by a group of individuals as well as the company, provided you have a space for us to practice Yoga.
A yoga session is a series of lessons booked once a week, or more frequently.
For first time students, we recommend an 8-12 week session. In order to see the benefits of your yoga practice you will need regular lessons each. Once this begins, you will notice your decreased stress level and improved overall health.

In group yoga lessons, we will provide a safe environment that all participants can enjoy.
Your yoga instructor will help you choose variations and modifications of the postures to prevent injury based on the levels and abilities of the participants. We will ensure you have the ideal yoga experience within your group. We ensure that everyone feels comfortable being part of the yoga lessons.
